What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, company, phone number and message you provide so that we can reply. When you sign in to a customer account we store your email address, name, company, a hashed password, sign-in times, the address and browser of sign-in sessions, and a log of installer downloads. Failed sign-in attempts are recorded briefly to limit password guessing.

What we do not do

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie set is the session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

The Gilium application

Gilium runs on your own computers. Measurement data produced by the application stays on your systems unless you send it to us for support.

Retention and your rights

Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them. Account records are kept for the life of your license plus the period required for our records. To access, correct or delete your information, email support@overpowerlabs.com.

This site and its database are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
